LeaseControl courses

The LeaseControl Administrator Course is for users who will be responsible for company or site titles or contracts administration. Participants will be shown how to manage their data using LeaseControl, and detailed processes for entering, reporting, importing and exporting all title and agreement-related data. Please note that this course has a maximum capacity of four participants.

At completion of this full day course participants will be able to:

• Create new title and agreement entries
• Customise reporting to jurisdiction and business requirements
• Produce reports via templates and query builder
• Update library values as required
• Configure compliance requirements for title and agreements
• Create email alerts on required actions
• Have an understanding of the administration of the LeaseControl database.

The LeaseControl Browser Course is for users who will not be editing data in LeaseControl. Participants will receive instructions on the type of data contained within the system and how to make it accessible to the business. Please note that this course has a maximum capacity of four participants.

At completion of this half-day course participants should be able to:

• Understand the structure and nature of data with LeaseControl
• Produce reports via templates and query builder
• Understand ‘best practice’ for business-system integration.
• Understand navigation, terminology, structure and user preferences
• Understand the types of datasets and standard application
• Modify report templates for efficiency, accessibility and brand control
